A demonstration, not an operating carrier

Roadline is a fictional demonstration brand. No operating fleet, licences, branches, approvals, customer counts or ratings are claimed. Stock photos and vehicle illustrations are representative.

Part-load estimates

Sample chargeable weight is the higher of actual kg and volumetric kg, rounded upward. Volumetric kg = length × width × height in cm × count of identical packages ÷ 4,500. This divisor, minimum freight, route rates, handling, fragile-goods adjustment and pickup/delivery fees are illustrative. Confirm actual charge rules with the operator.

Full-vehicle estimates

Ranges use illustrative vehicle base charges, per-km rates and selected handling adjustments. User-entered distances and preset sample distances are approximate, not live routing. Actual payload, dimensions, body type and vehicle availability require confirmation.

Exclusions and limitations

Taxes, tolls, valuation/insurance cover, detention, storage, permits, unusual access and specialist work are excluded. Hazardous, perishable, high-value, prohibited or unusually heavy/oversized goods require separate assessment and are not accepted by this calculator.

Schedules and tracking

Departure days, cut-off times and transit windows are sample planning data. No space is reserved. Tracking uses a fixed simulated journey and is not linked to a real shipment or GPS.

Enquiries and bookings

Saving a browser-local demo enquiry does not notify an operator, confirm availability or book transport. No payment is taken. A real shipment requires the actual operator’s acceptance, documentation, quotation and service terms.
